Ahem, I have no idea what the weather is like at where you live now, but over here it got really cold and whenever I feel I am loosing power, I take a relaxing bath in the evening... for example with lavender. Works for relieving both slight depression/stress. Pretty much do whatever you like to do when you want to get your thoughts out of the things bothering you, I've noticed that taking some distance to the problems at hand helps much with dealing them afterwards since I usually think of new ways/solutions to deal with them once I get back to those annoying matters later + I've been recharged a little by the small relaxation session.
