CCNA
Edit, It was the Lock Times and being buried in an obscure place in Flash, I could not find it. So, this is resolved. What a mess. No googling turned this up. Hey, after a new SSD install, I have been having a bear of a time getting any mods to work on this game. Last night, after 3 clean re-installs this week, I finally got a mod to work. However, I have noticed something that I know is wrong, but this is what BOSS is giving me and it breaks just about every mod tool because of it. New Vegas is loading after DLC. I can't find an answer on the webs other than let BOSS do it. BOSS did this. Just to note, BOSS just did the same thing in Fallout 3. The Fallout ESM was set to load first and life was wonderful. Now, BOSS has set the ESM to load after DLC. I might also add that I get Delinquent Master error messages on every DLC from these tools, now with both games. If I try to change the load order in FOMM, it stays the same as this. I will change it, then the other tools will see that, then I load the game, come back to the tools, and the load order is messed up. FNVedit won't load because of where FalloutNV is loading, and Flash does not like where FalloutNV is loading, but none of them will let me fix it, or I can't find out how to. Each youtube tutorial shows me how to fix this, I do it, and the issue won't go away. This is a clean install from fresh files downloaded from Steam yesterday. Then I added just a few mods, ones I always use. My last install of both these games I can mod at will using all these tools. In fact, I popped the drive in the other night and installed some complex mods on New Vegas with no issues. By the way, the game is running without flaw right now, and these are brand new saves with this install. I am fearful of adding any mods other than the few that I have as the initial load order is barfed up. Edited December 23, 2012 by CCNA
