SSE Help Making Custom Race

I have some questions about making a custom race based off of another mod. I always used the Tania Playable Race in Oldrim and I'm trying to replicate that in SSE. Here's what I did so far:

 

1. I downloaded the "Leina and Tania Face for SSE" mod. This tweaks the Breton race and gives the first preset the face of Tania (which is the most important thing to me.)

 

2. I duplicated the race so that I could add my custom race (for roleplaying purposes, giving it a different race name, different in-game definition, and stats without changing the Bretons). Everything looks great.

 

3. I installed Fair Skin Complexion, Bronze be gone (head texture only, since Fair skin doesn't have the problem, but the custom texture files included in the Tania face mod do)

 

4. In Oldrim, the playable Tania race had its own unique meshes and textures, so even if I installed Fair Skin, it didn't affect my character. However, the Leina and Tania mod doesn't have the same setup, so changing to Fairskin caused the body to change to Fairskin, but still uses the face textures, so I get a neck seam. ALSO, from what i can tell, ALL the characters in the game have the same problem, because it looks like the head textures in the Leina and Tania mod are overwriting NPC textures too.

 

So my question, how can I set it up so that the files located in the Leina and Tania mod ONLY apply to my custom race character, not all characters? I want all other NPCs in the game to have Fair Skin, but I want MY character to use the custom face/body textures from the original Tania mod (they are very similar to Fair skin, but I can't remember what they actually are...I got them from a foreign mod site...). I know this is possible in Creation Kit - but I don't know the steps to doing it. Again, I already have the head textures from the Leina and Tania mod, and I have the body textures from the Oldrim Tania mod, I'd just like to know what adjustments I need to make in Creation Kit, and in my folder setup, for them to ONLY be applied to my custom race.
