Not sure if this is possible, never used CK before nor do i know how it works but could you somehow take the Lich model from Oblivion (i really loved that model, not sure what everyone else thinks?) and put it in?

i'm not quite sure i understand your models

Demilich = skeleton type deformed guy?

Lich = just normal character model?

please correct me if i'm wrong

And also keep up the great work man, i really look forward to be able to play with this mod

No. Porting models from Oblivion is illegal. (or it's not, if you keep it on your own hardware. But that's no use to us )

If i was doing i'd just make a Skeleton or a basic draugr with player's animations.

And simply add a spell that would change you into your earlier human form for XX amount of time.

Though i'd probably go for the Skeleton, because there's already a mod that makes beast race skeletons (for the khajiit and argonians), of course i'd need the mod creators permission.

But that's just my opinion, which is probably wrong and don't make sense, because i don't know anything 'bout modding (apart from basic reskinning)

Mmm... Not bad.

Re-rigging the beast skeletons to player skeleton and making them "armor". Maybe adding some extra armors to it, OR, making it so that if you are wearing mage robes, cast the spell, robe stays, but you get skull "helmet", "gauntlets" and "Boots". Set the AA use right slots, but the statistics in armor window to use some of the unused slots, so you will technically wear them both at the same time, but visually can see only the non-skeleton parts. (Except if you aren't wearing boots, for example, you will see skeleton legs. Brilliant. Yet achievable without single script)

By casting "Lich Form" you will "summon the armor" for X second. A bit like "bound armor" spell in Oblivion, except this would be like "form". Just like how Devil form mod worked. Looks like it's been removed from Nexus?

Now, all sorts of enchantments could be slammed to the "armor" parts, thus allowing you to have increased mana regen and such, or better armor ratings? You name it.

Dragonborn DLC adds wearable items that grant spells when those are equipped.. Use that script/ effect and you could add the new "lich" spells for you to use with the help of the "armor" pieces?

Once again. Just ideas. However, if someone needs help on making something like this, I could help on technical side. (The AA and armor statistic thing is complicated, I could explain it better)

I hope your computer issues get resolved there mate, if you can when your pc can boot could you throw the files up on a cloud or server so that in the event of it all going to hell someone could examine what you've done. If you can't that's understandable and if you don't want to I completely respect that.

In regards to the skeletal thing a WAAAAAY easier way to do this would be to make a new race and just have a spell that changes your race back to normal for a set period of time. Or make new equip slots not used by anything else and have the 'armor' equip there so you see the aesthetics but don't get issues. Still a much bigger fan of changin your race for a set period of time then reverting or something to that effect. Like lich variants for all races and then hidden lich variants for when you are masking your appearance so you stay undead but lose some of your abilities when cloaking.
