Ripping models to skyrim

Is it possible to rip models from, lets say , UE3 to skyrim? I'm trying to rip a T-rex from Primal carnage into Skyrim, but haven't been successful. I can't find a way to convert the UDK to work with NIFScope.

I'm really not that experienced with ripping and adding new models from other games into Skyrim, so if anyone knows a good tutorial or guide to do this I'd be forever grateful. Thanks! :)

I don't know what 'UE3' is, but let me just say that while you can convert assets from another game for use in Skyrim to your heart's content, making such a 'mod' available for public distribution is 'illegal' unless you have obtained permission from the company that owns the copyright to the assets you are converting.

It's for private use only. I'm creating a sort of, Dinotopia. But the lack of dinosaur models in Skyrim is frightening so it leaves me no choice but to rip files from other games and retexture them to my liking.

However, with UE3(Unreal engine 3) it's tricky and I can't figure it out. Also perhaps if enough editing is done to the original model that it can no longer be compared to the original, you are allowed to share it?
