Help me finish the game!

I've played through skyrim tens of times, never have I finished it. Usually because I just wanted to jump from one class to another, try out new things. Now I know how everything works, and I've decided to try and play Skyrim from start to finish as a roleplay character. Here are some of my ideas:

The drunk

A genius nord warrior that quickly climbed the imperial ladder, but once he was high in command refused to participate in the stormcloak imperial feud. Was thrown out of Skyrim, became a drunk, and by accident returns to Skyrim after sleeping the night in a carriage. He still get's psycho notions and unloads on people who he thinks are scum. Becoming a dragonborn gives him a new purpose and a way to clean up his act.

The scientist

An[undecided race] who lives for science. He's cunning and manipulative, but does not consider himself evil. He still hasn't decided if innocent killing is forbidden in his rulebook. So he could go either way as a character. Being a dragonborn interests him and he wants to see how things will unfold.

In what would these guys specialise? In your opinion, which one would be more fun and rewarding to play?

Personally I would go for a Nord warrior, He never uses magic if he can help it, he would focus on the more traditional fighting methods that is:

- Confronting everything front on

- No sneaking if he can help it, stealing only when needed.

- Focuses on Sword and Shield with the Voice. Maybe the occasional archery.

The reason I would go for that is because Role Playing the drunk seems much more free and fun(er) - and therefore for me leads me to believe that playing that character would be infinitely more rewarding than the strict imperial.
