Managed M&B2: Bannerlord before game was launched; now mods will not deploy to the correct folder

I've tried reinstalling the game multiple times with no success.

 

Essentially what happened was I put together a new PC with a brand new storage drive requiring me to have reinstalled Windows 10 and all of my applications. I added Bannerlord to my managed games list - but this was done before I first launched the game after downloading and installing it. I rushed through a few error messages and found that any mod that I would download would not correctly deploy to the Modules folder for the game. Anything that I've tried to do would not fix the problem. Even after uninstalling the game, Vortex has kept the same settings.

 

Not only that but it seems as though that the game is not correctly loading some of the mods I would manually install either.
