joni94
Hi, I have been playing and modding Skyrim for quite a long time and now I have a technical question. Situation: I have two different SSDs in my system. One for the OS (Windows 10) (C:) and one for games (E:).I installed Skyrim SE via Steam on E: and along with that the Mod Organizer 2 and all the modding tools. Because of some SSD issues, I had to format C: and reinstalled Windows. My second SSD I left untouched. So now Steam could detect the game being on E:.MO2 is not listed in the installed apps but I can start it nevertheless by navigating through my E:.My modded Skyrim also is playable. My question is: Could the reset on C: have any affect on my Skyrim, regarding performance for example? I have some savegames that I do want to play and I asssume that if I did a clean installation of everything also on E:, I can not proceed cleanly with my current savegame. And is it possible to reinstall MO2 and proceed with my savegame? Maybe by creating a backup of my current mod configuration and reimporting this on a fresh MO2 installation? Or would you not recommend reinstalling at all when the goal is to continue the current save? Sorry for my english and thanks a lot for any help :) Greetings,Jonathan
