Skyrim Follower issue

I recently installed the minerva standalone follower at first when i launch the game and start playing she is normal then i go do some quests or spend time somewhere else and i come back her body is grey ( exept for neck - face - hands and feets are normal ) the odd thing is as i move the grey body of minerva the follower starts changing a little bit its like the grey color isbreflecting the lighting or something like that i ve been searching for a fix but all i find isnthe grey face bug i re-installed skyrim and still same problem am not runing any body textures mods exept for CBBE and younger male face mod
