ltp777 Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 Can anyone tell me the .upk file, offset, and bytes to change via HxD to reduce the Iron Will bonus from +10 to +5 as well as reducing the critical injury will loss from -15 to -5? Both of those values seem unbalanced to me. Thanks!
osito2dancer Posted December 24, 2012 Posted December 24, 2012 Iron Will increase can be modded by DGC.mod and modpatcher. Also, ToolBoks has an option to reduce will penalty at the first screen.
