dubiousintent
As you have figured out, that is a "texture" bug. Unfortunately the "load order" doesn't tell us anything about what texture files you have installed, but knowing that you are running TTW is a definite starting point. Obviously there is a "conflict" (though actually it is most likely a problem with a file being overwritten). So, (assuming you have toggled "ArchiveInvalidation (AI)" off-and-on-again as a matter of course) first question is: did you have this problem without TTW installed? If not, that would point to a TTW related plugin or patch file. Second question: I see a lot of TTW patch files. Are you sure each and every one is compatible with whichever version of TTW you are running? The later (v3.x) is not compatible with patches for the earlier unless it is listed on the TTW Mods forum page (and vice versa). Remember that texture files "overwrite" vanilla files. Just disabling a plugin does not necessarily restore the overwrite. Though if the texture is added as a "loose file" in the Data folder, then just removing it and then toggling AI should be enough to restore the use of the vanilla files from in the BSAs. If not, then you may need to "verify local files". -Dubious-
