Summoned Eidolon won't level up past level 3.... what the f***?

Have fully leveled the f*** up and tried the saving trick... still won't show a level up is ready after I LITERALLY finish leveling up to level 4, Eidolon is still level 3 with no signs of leveling up.
Base line Summoner.

I know this is bulls*** as I've PLAYED summoners in the actual TTRPG, they level up the same time you do.

AND I've yet to see a single thing stating this is different in any way shape or form throughout this entire thread so... EXPLAIN!

AHEM!
Summoner Level 3 = Eidolon level 3 // HD 3 // Max Attacks 3
Summoner Level 4 = Eidolon level 4 // HD 3 // MAX ATTACKS 4!
BUT still counted as LEVEL! FOUR!
Every time you level up you can change what evolutions you have chosen and Your Eidolon level is the same as your summoner.
IF the logic YOU use was how it worked, EVERY eidolon ever would be at most level 15 even into mythic tier... That doesn't happen and is never RULED that way.
SO you're making s*** up.


Bug title:
That isn't how the rules are written, otherwise EVERY eidolon in all of Pathfinder would only be stuck at level 15.

If you go by HD of the eidolon... how does an Eidolon get to level 20?
They are maxed at 15 HD ... at level 19.
How the flying BUTT-f*** do you think that makes ANY legitimate sense to have something at level 15 be up against level 19 monsters and creatures?
Bitches at me for being unable to read charts.... doesn't read the entire f***ing thing himself.
ALSO checked and you didn't even follow the f***ing EIDOLON CHART... the stats are f***ed over.
