Is this the source of the file? (RWL Tweaked.esp)

https://github.com/VivaNewVegas/Viva-New-Vegas-Patch-Emporium/blob/master/Realistic%20Wasteland%20Lighting%20Tweaked.7z

It's based off other data you do not have installed Nor running.

Version: v5.542 Date: 21-11-2018 - Cleaned with xEdit - LOAD VERY LAST. Darker nights and longer transition times are merged in, requires NVSE and JIP LN

you need this (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/52037?tab=files&file_id=1000050377)

Thanks for trying to help, but it didn't fix my problem.

add simple streetlights from that GitHub page. it's for New Vegas.

I duplicated your issue perfectly so I know the products.

Now ,if your using an ENB ? well I can't help you there.

But that is the file causing the problem as far as I can tell.

When I remove it ,the nights are brighter.

Nope, adding Simple Street Lights and the ESP replacer from the GitHub page didn't fix it either.

I am not using an ENB either.

And as I said, this problem only occurs at the prospector saloon in Goodsprings and I don't have any mods installed, that change the prospector saloon.

ok start a new game with no mods enabled, no mods assets in the data flow.

Start the game directly VIA the launcher, resetting the ini files.

No mod manager. Make sure there is no other mods materials in the games default folder. Somethings weird going on there.

I duplicated the bug but at least I could make things out, there's some kind of opaque thing loading from some where.

I don't know what else I can do for ya. I installed all the mods, sorted them exactly the way you have them and the bug does show up here.

All I did was add 1 mod. and I could then see the buildings bricks in the darkness.

Alright, thanks for all the trouble you went through just to help me, I really appricate it!

if your speaking of the yellowness of the glass? that's a mod causing that. I gotthe same thing here, BUT I can see the bricks, I can load a pic if you wanna see what I'm getting?

I don't understand what you're saying. Maybe upload the picture, I'll probably understand then.

Fallout-New-Vegas-5-3-2020-10-15-03-AM.p

This above is with that plugin installed (RWL Tweeked.esp)

And here's without any mods installed.

Fallout-New-Vegas-5-3-2020-10-12-19-AM.p

Now....I ask you...which would you prefer?

Me? I like the second one with NO weird tweak mods. At least it look real.

Now------we on the same page...???
