A fix for stuttering in Skyrim

So I've been having crazy stuttering lately. I have Radeon 6990 crossfire and 8GB RAM so I thought there's just no way in hell I should have lag. I use ENB and over 100 mods at the moment, tried to disable AA and AF and still was stuttering. I wouldn't say fix completely because I only played 10 mins so far and no stuttering at all. so there was this guy who said downloading afterburner helps. after opening Afterburner, click the little plane with the fps on it, add TESV.exe to the list, and finally click the wrench and limit the framerate to 60. if this doesn't work for you then I really don't know anything else for now.

Yes I fixed it but not with the AfterBurner. I set my AA and AF to 4 for both. I don't think that my PC can't handle them maxed, but I no longer have this issue.

 

Also,this will help anyone else having this issue
