Mod Request - NPC location in Encyclopedia fix

Title should be self-explanatory. I've seen a few people mentioning this, too. Where Wanderer or other NPC's aren't where they're supposed to be.
In the past hour, I've had multiple potential companions nowhere to be found, and an NPC absent from a herd delivery.

I'm sure many would appreciate it. I sure would.
