Recreate a forgotten mod

Can someone please recreate the Ultimate Legends Infantry Overhaul mod?

Its one of the best looking original trilogy mods out there.

The mod is currently outdated and the creator has stopped modding all together.

 

Obviously this mod is for Battlefront 2
