Game crashes/freezes when talking to NPC's

When talking to NPC's like Lords or Village Elders, the game freezes after one/two dialogues.

 

My save is from a older version and only worked again by using Aragas.AltSaveMissingModuleFix.

 

When disabling all of my following mods, except the module fix and noble troops, the conversations with NPC's still lead to a crash / screen freeze.
