Singing Settler into Singing player

As described. Really love the singing settler mod but I end up having to wait on some piece of furniture every time I fast travel to that settlement and they only seem to sing one song and then rest for the whole day despite the settings.

Would be nice if the player can do that instead and have audiences around. Heck the player should be able to manage bars too.
Just want something fun to spice up the settlements so I actually have a reason to stay in them for a longer period of time on top of it being a pure decoration unit. Probably need to download all the wasteland videos and watch it on the tiny in game tvs.
