Help with my (first) mod

Hello,

 

I'am making my very first mod for skyrim. I want to make a potion what gives you the (volkihar) vampire curse and the vampirelord power. actually the same effect

after lord harkon has bitten you.[END SPOILER] but then in a potion.

Things I did with the creation kit:

I placed the DLC1vampirechangeeffect on the potion --> you drink it and you become a vampirelord but if you are in normal form, you haven't a vampire lord power anymore

Then I placed the Vampirechangeffect (blood thirst) on the potion --> And you become a (volkihar)vampire

Then I Placed them both on the potion --> You become a volkihar vampire and after that transformation you become a vampire lord but if you are in normal (volkihar vampire) form again , you haven't a vampire lord power.

 

My question 1: How do you put the volkihar vampire cure/powers and the vampire lord power (as power who stays in your magic inventory) on a potion.

 

 

question 2 (a like mod) : And how do you put the Vampire Lord power (who WON'T stay in your magic invertory: DLC1vampirechangeeffect) and the vampiris sanguine disease on a potion. (you have the disease if you are in normal form again (after you've bin vampire lord) ) (one-time potions)

 

And a different question 3:

How do you choose a world art (nif) model to item (potion/book/...) I have only a few nif models in the meshes folder, a bit of skooma bottles enz. I can't find book or other nif models.
