Some Mod's request

1) While I was looking through the Construction Set, I saw in the Quests tab in the charactergen quest that there are a lot of hidden dialogues with the emperor. Is there a mod that reveal them in the game?

 

2) Let's say I am a deaf guy that reads very slow: In a in-game conversation, I need to read the subtitles because I don't hear what the guy says, but I can't complete reading because the guy from the game says something else. I want a mod that where I must click the left mouse button in order to the guy in the game to speech.
