Question on if these popular Witcher 3 mods work with Vortex?

"The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project" comes in three parts - due to download size. That's non-standard and couldn't be installed via any mod manager as is. However, it comes with it's own installer. So, it should work alongside Vortex, but the mod wouldn't be managed by Vortex.

"Super Turbo lighting Mod" should work just fine as is. Just note that the author has marked the "ALT" version as the main Vortex file. Either would work, but to get the other version you'll need to download it manually and then drag and drop the archive into Vortex.

"Supreme to Extreme Graphics Options" is a special case and would need to be installed manually: "Copy the bin & mod folder only and paste into your Witcher 3 folder"

"Debug Console Enabler v1.31" is another special case that cannot be installed via any mod manager the description says: "Manual Installation Only!!".

So if I install them manually Vortex will not override those mods? Thanks for answering

As far as I know Vortex doesn't touch mods that it doesn't manage. The only case where I can imagine Vortex messing with manually installed mods is if you try to install the same mod manually and through Vortex at the same time, because there could be conflicts with multiple folders/files with the same name, but I don't actually know how Vortex works so this is only speculation on my part. Generally speaking Vortex does not override or overwrite manually installed mods.
