Need help figuring out what is causing random crashes.

Hey everyone. So I've installed FO4 on this used computer I bought. It aint the greatest but it can run fallout pretty smoothly. There is a problem however. Either the load order or a specific mod is causing my Fallout4 to crash. Sometimes I survive it and the game will just freeze for a couple seconds. Most of the time it just crashes though. When it does crash it usually crashes to desktop but sometimes freezes my computer entirely. The crashes are super random and even have occured while I had the console open but happen more frequently with travel. I am running the newest vortex, game, and F4SE version.

If you're really good at modlists and load orders could you look at mine below and tell me which mods you think I should look into? I think I've already checked all the most invasive mods but found no solution but maybe I missed one?
