rayman2550 Posted December 25, 2012 Share Posted December 25, 2012 Hey guys, as the title says i'm looking for a mod i found on a site (don't remember the name of the site or of the mod) but with that little program i was able to change the color of the HUD ( i know you can do that from the game menu) but this one had more option like removing the static from the V.A.T.S. and the horizontal lines in Pip-Boy (all in all it made the game look smoother).
