Have models and permission, just need mod made.

I have few different 3d models of a chain axe and a large 2 hand axe from Warhammer 40K and I would like to see if I could find someone to make them into a mod for me. The models are from Sketchfab and the the permissions are all good to go. I lack the ability to make them into mods (yes I already tried, and I got so frustrated that I just gave up). If someone out there would be willing to make them for me, I would be very grateful. If you are interested, please let me know and I will send you everything you need to not only make the axes into mods, but where to find all the permissions.
