Bracers are uncommon and UESP lists only one place - Ghostgate Tower of Dusk Lower Level. However they do not list the glass armour in the unmarked shipwreck north of Yasammidan Shrine. This may have bracers; I don't know exactly what is there. If you have the Tribunal expansion you can get glass armour made for you by the smith in Godsreach. .... Posted June 11, 2004 Share Posted June 11, 2004 Yasammidan is west of Ald Velothi, a daedric ruin attached to Vvardenfell by a small path. You can't miss it, it's the upper most northwest part of Vvardenfell. NOTE: While you're there, you might want to interact with the Shrine to Mehrunes Dagon and complete the Daedra's quest.
