Skyrim freezes for a few seconds (borderless) then goes back. NO MODs.

Classic Skyrim Legendary Edition running on Windows 10. My RIG has 16GB RAM DDR3, GTX 680 2GB (GeForce GameReady Driver 445.87) and an intel i5 3570. Game runs on a SSD. I've manage to play more than 200 hours of Skyrim with different mod setups in the same PC, same OS.

This problem is happening on any kind of Skyrim installation. Heavily modded, SKSE only, SKSE with crash fixes and tweakes, even no mod at all.

I start a game, new or load. Play for 2 minutes and it freezes. If I'm on Fullscreen mode, it just freeze and I can't do nothing. I can't even alt-tab or open Task Manager. My only options are to Restart or Sign Out from my user. If I'm playing on Borderless Window mode, the game freezes for about 7-15 seconds and goes back. No more than 1 minute between freezes.

I noticed that when the game freezes the GPU usage drops to 0% and stay there for a while, coming back up when the game unfreeze. The GPU temp hit 63ºC (145ºF) at it peak (With ENB + High Res Textures) which if far from a problem. Sekiro, which I play for hours and hours, forces it to 68-70ºC sometimes. The PC is completely able to run a lot of other games just fine.

All of this started after 20 hour or so of heavly modded gameplay. I decided to adjust and batch build some items with Bodyslide. I did and went back to the game, it started freezing. It's been days since I've reinstalled Skyrim many times, trying a lot of setups with and without mods. I got rid of any skyrim leftover in the PC multiple times before each installation. What put me in a total loss is the fact that the game (properly verified) 100% vanilla, new save, clean install keeps freezing in the very same way. I can't find any correlation with the moment it started freezing. No windows updates were made, no nvidia drivers were changed/updated.

A list of things that I tried:

- Turning off a bunch of Windows 10 notifications

- Closing all unnecessary softwares and ending Windows 10 apps.

- Turning of (disabling) all my monitors

- Tweaking different memory setups with enblocal ini

- Messing up with SKSE.ini memory/heap options

- Changing how to enable/disable VSYNC via Skyrimprefs, Skyrim.ini or enblocal

- Tweaking different CrashFixPlugin.ini configurations

- 100% vanilla skyrim without any of these options, also vanilla with unofficial legendary patch in a different time.

- PC has been restarted multiple times.

- Tried different VSYNC modes in Nvidia Control Panel

I don't know what else too try. It looks like the System or the hardwares "forget" about Skyrim for a while, forcing it to freeze. I need some insight! Please.
