skyrimlover1212
l doubt its possable, but if it is,l would love a mod that adds a spell/dialoge option to change a npcs voice in game. For example change a male nords voice into a female darkelfs (ie ulfric sounding like jenassa) or simply mute them/only moan like a reanimated corpse (though l would also very much like it if you could chose weather its a female moan or a male moan) Again l doubt it is possable, but theres no harm in posting anyway just in case! anjenthedog
Afaik, all the voice types are restricted to what their authors provided in terms of spoken dialog. So when you switch to another voice, you might get response (the expected line is stored and available) , or you might not (there is not corresponding spoken line for the response the follower is meant to express). I've tried switching voices before and found that the follower attached to a given voice will no longer speak many of their lines when assigned another. But.... what you're suggesting isn't unreasonable or anything. I've been pondering the idea that some sort of "realtime" pitch-shifter could be employed to at least change things up a little. My three main followers all have the young-eager voice by default, and it can be a bit confusing when I choose to have more than one active follower. Hopefully, in the future, when creating games like this, voice actors (at least of the same sex) will be instructed to delver the same lines as all other voice actors of that gender, so a player can easily choose one or the other to assign without fear of losing dialog from said change
