Random CTD and skyrim randomly crashing PC

I've tried loads of fixes and nothing has worked, i have used:

• 44100 24 bit sound
  
• lowering/raising settings
  
• disabling AA
  
• modding
  
• disabling mods
  
• adding to skyrim ini
  
• changing drivers
  
• changing resolutions
  
• changing the ram allocated to skyrim
  

 

Also the pc crash normally occurs when i load the map/use the map.

 

Im using a AMD beta drivers (crashed even when not using them)

AMD FX6200 @ 4.2Ghz

AMD 6870 2Gb dual fan

12Gb ram

750W PSU

10 3.5mm fans

a liquid cooler for the processor

 

I have also just got an upgrade for my pc, which did nothing...

 

Note:

These are all under 3 months old and skyrim is the only game that crashes. I also play Skyrim in 3D, but it still crashes in 2D. This has nothing to do with overheating as my maximum temperatures do not exceed 20 degrees celcius.
