Pretty sure i broke magic

I've started a new game as a pure mage, and i installed a fair few mods that change magic. One such mod being Path of Sorcery to change all the perks in the magic category.

 

The problem is, several of them just aren't working. Mainly conjuration perks, so far as i can tell. Others may be broken and i'm just not noticing, but these are activation perks, so i'm positive.

 

One perk is to activate one of your atronachs and banish them to regain some magicka. I can activate them, but when i click banish, nothing happens.

 

Another perk also in conjuration deals with necromancy, it's to sneak and harvest bones from a corpse. I can sneak and get the harvest option, but when i click it nothing happens. Doesn't matter if i wait a while, if i spam the button, nothing works.

 

The mysticism mods adds lockpicking spells, which you cast and then you can unlock something of the corresponding level. However, if that's cast, i can't even ACTIVATE a lock. As in clicking E on the chest or door does absolutely nothing. It doesn't open it, and it doesn't give me the option to manually pick the lock, i just need to wait until the spell wears off to open it.

 

I tried to fix this by adding in the mod Arcane Lockpicking, thinking maybe this particular spell was just busted. After getting the spell and trying it on a NOVICE lock, while i have an alteration skill of 40, it does not open the lock, even if i look away from the lock then select it, was never close enough during the casting to interact with the lock, spam selecting it immediately after the spell is cast, nothing works. The spell will stay say it failed when i use it on a high level lock, such as expert, so i assume the mod is working, but something is interfering with it. In this case however when the spell is cast i CAN still manually pick those locks.

 

 

I have no doubt i've added one or maybe more mods that conflicted and broke magic related activation effects, i suppose, so if anyone can find out what's doing it it'd be much appreciated. I've already tried disabling Mysticism, but the arcane lockpick still didn't work and neither did banishing atronachs. Here's a modwatch link to my current load order.

Got an update.

 

Removing Ordinator(Which i wasn't technically using anyway cause i'm exclusively utilizing magic based perks) for some reason fixed my arcane lockpick spell. It works just fine, used it on a chest and it opened right up.

 

However, even after disabling ALL of my other magic mods of any reasonable size, namely Apocalypse, mysticism and arcanum, the path of sorcery abilities still do not work. Atronachs continue to ignore my command to banish them. Nothing i've tried so far has managed to fix that, and i would rather like that ability as well as the ability to harvest the dead and create an army of spooky scary skeletons.

 

So, if anyone has ideas, i'm listening.
