Posted this on r/skyrimmods, but I though I should post this here as well:

 

I made a post regarding a CTD issue I encountered when traveling to a specific area, and assumed it to be because of 3DNPC. So I ultimately uninstalled it and still encountered the issue. I toggled TMM to identify any new locations that might be involved with the culprit and managed to get a screencap of this:

If anyone knows if any of the mods on my list cause problems in this area, or how to locate this area in SSEEDIT to attempt to find the culprit myself, I would greatly appreciate it. I know Tools of Kagrenac has a location here, I had this issue before and updating the mod fixed it, which is why I'm surprised this issue came up again.

I attempted to generate a papyrus log, but apparently that doesn't seem to work with my game. It's not a game-breaking issue so far, as no essential quests are currently based around this area, but I'd like to resolve this in the event I have to approach this place in the future.

Well, to start, I have no idea what "Old fort is" nor the Dwemer location shown just N-NE of it in your snapshot, (both are within the red circle) so you might look to whichever mod(s) added those.
