Enemy names in HUD don't match their appearance/inventory

Hey, all. I'm having a problem with a strange quirk. A prime example: Police Precinct 8, just ENE of Diamond City, has four or five radroaches. More often than not, one or two will look like glowing radroaches, but will be labeled in the HUD as just a radroach, and the inventory will only be that of a radroach as well. No irradiated blood or nuclear material. It also happens vice versa. A normal looking roadroach will be labeled as glowing, and have the corresponding inventory as a glowing. Not sure where this is coming from.

You all have any pointers for me? I didn't know if this was a DEF_UI thing. Someone pointed out to me that I might have a mod overwriting the creature names, or that the Bashed Patch could be the culprit. I have yet to find the problem.

Thanks in advance!

My bad. Forgot to add my LO.

I'd also like to point out that I've used tmm 1 in the console to add all map markers to the map, so that I can fast-travel around and test out the mods in different locations to make sure all is properly working. I don't know if that would be an issue. I've also set my character level to 10 in the console, just be on the safe side, if there were any level-scaling issues, and I still ran across the same problem. Thanks again, and much appreciated for any help you all might have.

Is there a possiblity that the problem might be a corrupt mod download/install?

I would try to check for conflicts in FO4Edit for a start. Find these radroaches in "Non-Player Character (Actor)" subsection in Fallout4.esm. You can get their exact IDs here. Maybe some other mod overwrites these records.

I didn't see any conflicts. Thanks for replying. Seems like every time I start a new game, or quit out to the desktop and reload, tmm 1 works that first time. When I fast travel to the station, everything is fine. If I reload again without quitting to desktop, and then use tmm 1 and fast travel again to the same location, it's hit and miss. Sometimes they register fine; more often than not, they don't. Would it be as simple as just resetting the game with a quit to desktop, so that the console commands are cleared?

Does that make sense at all? Hahaha.

Also, when I reload to test the game again, use tmm1, and fast-travel again (this is without quitting to desktop, just a straight reload), the loading screen displays no images or text, like it normally would. Just a black screen with the loading icon at the bottom right corner. Then it loads up like usual. Just another detail to add.
