Problems with FO3 GOTY launcher

Well straight from the start FO3 has been a hastle, i'm still yet to play it. The PC im running is ---

 

- Windows 7 32bit

- Nvidia Geforce GT320 1024MB

- Intel Core i5 processor 650

Not a great PC but meets the minimum

 

I have bought the Windows Live Fallout 3 GOTY edition; After having the windows live error when trying to play with DLC(using FOMM as a fix instead of signing up with those fiends) ,I have came across another launcher error, this is the sequence step by step.

 

- Start FO3 from disk. Launcher pops up

- Message pops up "Fallout 3 will now detect your video hardware and set video options accordingly" (OK) Message.2 "Video Settings have been set for high (sometimes it says medium) quality

- Press Play

- A glips of the black from a loading screen

- Then disk starts reading

- Launcher Pops up again

 

I've read through a frew forums and people with the Steam download also suffer from this problem.

There are only a few posts i can with this problem and there were no confirmed solutions.

 

I loved Fallout New Vegas and im dying to play Fallout3.
