Need help with skyrim special edition

Everything works fine but there's no voice to the NPCs.

There's a stickie in here that clearly says to not ask game specific questions in this forum. Go to the game's mod page, hit 'Community' at the top and choose 'Forums' from the drop-down menu. Ask your question there. Oh, and read whatever's available and maybe also perform a search to see if the question hasn't already been asked and answered.
