CTD on exterior

I have a problem in Skyrim where I CTD in places outdoors. I never really noticed during the time I play and it happened only since about 10 hours or so (of playtime).

The CTD happens only outside, and not everywhere. I can walk from Whiterun to Rorikstead, but I can't go from Windhelm to Riften because it will crash me after about 5 minutes of journey.

 

I read the sticky post so I ran 2 of my clean saves, one that I made at the very start of the game and one that was made just a while ago with all of my mods disabled, and I could travel pretty much anywhere without any problems at all, at the same spots where I experienced crashes.

I'm also running a 2K textures compliation

 

If it's helpful, I removed a couple of mods before doing the latest clean save, these were ASIS, Longer weather transitions, possessivecorpses, alvor's house (This was no stripes shadow mod, it's removed from the nexus) and some armour mods.

 

I have no idea which of these mods cause the crash, or maybe it's the load order or something else so any help is appreciated.
