SSE External save of equipment?

Hi. I'm looking for a mod which allows to save pieces of equipment in a external file, so that they can be loaded by another character, in another playthrough.

For example, you have a wizard, which can make powerful enchantments for a weapon. So, you save this weapon, and load it in a melee warrior playthrough.

I dont know if this would be possible, and if so, if it would interfere with save files. Maybe it could interact with the Add Item menu mod, copying the data and pasting it in a new item, which then could be accessed by this mod.
