How Do I Change A Mod's Master File?

^{One of my mods requires an old fanmade patch that I cannot seem to find called the Skyrim Unofficial Patch, which is redundant because of USLEEP. I'm not experienced with editing mods, with the most I've been able to do is cleaning them. What would be the best way to change, or remove the master file requirement?
