Harcore Realism Mods

I am asking for opinions on realism mods. On everything. Mostly this involves a realistic combat system: I want my fights to be brutal, or at least give me something that reigns in the sociopathic homicidal mania of What can I kill and loot today? Something to give my character pause. And then, something to curb the looting. because of console commands and mods, my character is about to confront Benny (having been through two of the expansions) and has 150 of those gold bars, which she has exchanged for the value of her war loot.I know there are a lot 'realism' mods, so I'm asking for input on the most realistic of the realistic.

The Flora and Fauna: I'm very happy with Flora Overhaul, but I'm wondering if there's more. And as for kinds of animals, I'd love for more natural Mohave lifeforms to be in the zone. Hostile or not is an open questions, but anything that adds to fauna in New Vegas without looking like it crawled out of a B flick would be awesome.

And in all of this, I am asking for stark cold, absolute, no holds barred, not tweaked for fun, not tweaked for darker and edgier, but life as it would be.

What's the good stuff?

I looked at Arwen's, I have philosophical differences.

As far as combat an enemies go, I'm actually thinking smarter, more robust AI. The kind of thing where they use real tactics, dive for cover, give a hell of a fight. More about amking the opposition awesome, rather than burdening my Courier.

Arwens is pretty sweet. I like the whole strain mechanic, being a runner myself. Running in the desert wearing leather armour and carrying 200lbs of gear?

Yeah, you're gonna get a little tired.

Ah, but the fridge logic of that is that the Courier's been doing just that for YEARS. And, Darwin in action makes sure the people not inclined to doing things like that die off. Most of humanity's limitations are because they've gone soft.

Not really. Soldiers are made to run further whilst carrying more weight.

Biggest factor here is the Mojave itself. DC... yeah, it'd be fine. But not the desert.
