Weapon Repair Mod

Could someone make a mod that increases how many items you need to repair something to a best condition status. I've seen alot of "Ammo weight modifier mods" that give ammo weight but I think it's not practical to download something like that to be more canon if you still need to haul around 5 miniguns for repairs. I'd probably use it in combine with my no repair mod to make it a bit more realistic.
