Is there any way to reset perks/skills

I am building a smith and i accidentally choose wrong perk. I need to take it back, i checked my saves but it was faar before my current save. Is there any way to do it?

Try the Character Export/Import mod. The mod makes it very easy to do what you are trying to do.
