Hyper-Linking on Mod description page?

Hi,

This is probably not the right area to be asking this question, but I couldn't find a more suitable place?

Anyway, could someone who knows please tell me the correct bbcode to add a web link in my mod descriptions?

I have tried as many ways as I can find and nothing seems to work, yet I see others have managed it.

I often want to link to other mod authors mods etc. so it is nicer if it is hyper-linked.
