Campaigner
So, with permission from the original author, I am working on rigging a model from Oblivion to Skyrim. I'm using Autodesk 3ds Max 2013, and I got the hang of it for the basics. I've been following the few tutorials that actually explain details, and I'm at the point where I can export the first part of my imported mesh! Problem is, there is no Nif Importer-exporter for my version of 3ds Max. I spent money to get a nice, easy to learn program. I won't say that I lost out on this, as the program is very easy to learn, and is much simpler than Blender was. My question is this though; Is there a nif importer/exporter for 2013 yet, or do I need to find someone with 2012 or lower to export the files for me? I spent hours figuring out how to safely move parts of the mesh, how to get them just right to fit the body mod I use (custom CBBE body from the slider tool), and now I can't even finish what I've started. It's very disheartening, and quite saddening that the major reason I bought 3ds Max won't even happen for an unknown time.

Campaigner
Ah, I didn't even know niftools had a forum. That's handy, thank you. Judging by posts there, it looks like I am quite SoL on this matter. Bummer.
