MacSuibhne Posted May 10, 2020 Posted May 10, 2020 I've just come back to Riften for the umpteenth time and went to enter the Ragged Flagon (for the umpteenth time) to meet with Karliah. but now it seems I need a key. Why is this happening and where do I find a key to the Ragged Flagon?

Why is this happening and where do I find a key to the Ragged Flagon?I assume you are trying to go in through the cistern. Until you meet up with Karliah this will remain locked. You need to enter through the Ratway so that you will meet Karliah as soon as you enter the Flagon (sort of like there is only one gate open into Riften when you first get there in order to force you into certain meetings).
