I Think that´s a good idea , because you can obtain 4 unique horses (with the frost or Shadowmere status) to the game , so u can buy any of that horses with Proventus Avenicci or an other NPC 'called : '' Royal Farmer''. And, it must be understood that Whiterun is a kingdom of horse lovers.
