In that temple , lives 5 monks , called '' The Five '' . 4 Disciples and a master, with white robe. Inside this temple , have all gods statues to the player . The monks pray like the Greybeards. For they , the horses are sacred animals, and so if you attack a horse , a group of bandits will seek your head. I think this is a good cultural addition to Whiterun. And you, what do you think?
