Want to know what mods expand on the vanilla skyrim

New to modding and know that when I can get to finally do so, I want such mods as:

 

SKYUI5

Moonpath to Elswyer

Hearthfire Extended

Immersive College of Winterhold

Extended Towns and Cities

 

As well as mods like ARS Blacksmithing and Legendary Patch.

 

Seen some cool mod extensions for the Thieves Guild in other holds besides Riften that I would love to try.

 

Any other cool mods that improve on the existing game of Skyrim that would be an awesome addition?
