CTD on loading screen when going into a new or loaded game.

My game crashes to desktop when i press load game or start a new, it shows the loading screen stuff (dragon with text) for about 3 seconds and then crashes.

RTX 2080 ti
32GB DDR4 @3100Mhz
ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4-CB
Windows 10, fully up-to-date
All drivers up to date
