Want to edit a existing mod

Hello everyone, hope you guys are doing fine!
So, I of course am here to ask for some help with a little problem...
I started playing Dragon Age Inquisition some days ago, yeah, that late, and i started a solo run with a Two Handed Warrior and boy am I having fun, at first i didn't know s*** about the game, got lucky and found the Masterk t2 two-handed on the Fallow Mire and crafted it, then i realised that there is not level restrictions on weapons made from schematics, i went wild and started looking for money so i could buy the Sulevin Blade, when i finally got the schematics and made the sword it had no slot for upgrades, i went to the nexus to find maybe a reskin for the Axe of the Dragon Slayer to be the Sulevin Blade but i did not find it, but I did find a mod called Emperium Schematics of Legend and it put upgrade slots in the Sulevin Blade and on the other itens from the Black Emporium, which is only fait since the Axe has it...But on his mod he also added the abilities that those weapons have inately when you get them on the game, so Sulevin have the pull of the Abyss on it and i did not like that skill AT ALL.
So i began my journey on learning how to mod so I could remove the skill from it.

 

TL/DR: I want to remove a passive ability from the item Sulevin Blade from the mod Emperium Schematics of Legends

As you can see on the picture i think i found where the ability is on the blade, and I did some tweaking and through the offset on abilities(13A8) and the one of the passive(1450) i was able to remove the passive name from the blade, i was so thrilled with it, but...it did not remove the ability, only the name on the blade, and yet when i edited it the link to the ability on the file did vanish...

Here are the values that i changed, i changed everything there to 0 to see what would happen and it got the passive name out of the item in the game, and also removed all the lines correspondent to it in the Asset Preview and yet the ability did not go away...

So what i ask is for help to see what i'm doing wrong, i'm new at this, in fact i started to try today, but i should can't figure out how to make it work, i just lack the knowledge and was wondering if anyone here could help, i tried to enter in contact with the mod creator but he seems innactive for some months so i came here... Please, save me!


TL/DR: Tried to remove ability from item from the mod Emporium Schematics of Legends and couldn't because i'm too dumb so now I need help.

I had trouble tweaking in the HxD through the EBX file, so I imported it to frosty and removed the ability from there, the ability's description was removed from the blade and it kept it's upgrade slots, sadly it did not remove the ability from the game, it was there that i realised that it did not remove the ability from the game because my save was corrupted, so i did a roll back to a save where i had not bought the schematics yet and that was it, the blade now has no passive ability and kept the upgrade slots!
