ATI Shadow Fix For 1.5+ Update

A while back I came across a fix for the shadows glitch that happened with the 1.5 update for Skyrim, but now I can't seem to find it anymore. This is an example of what's happening. This is the only thing that exactly relates to my problem as it does show exactly what's happening. I, myself, call it the rolling shadow glitch, but it's called a lot of different things, and because of that, I can't track down anything relating to it, as people seem to have an issue with how shadows look, rather than their actual functionality, which is presenting a lot of difficulties when trying to find the fix I used.

 

Important things to note:

• Main thing first: The fix for the glitch made it so that Skyrim would read the preferences file as if I were running on a system that uses an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 (I think it was that one exactly.), which also solved a problem of me not being able to see spider webs, oculory beams, etc.
  
• The fix was on the Nexus last time (aka the only time) I downloaded it, so I really don't know why I am having trouble finding it as of now. I did use the same search queries, but this time, lots of

  fixes

  are getting in the way of me finding the one thing I really need.
  
• The only reason I am going through the process is because I had an issue with my computer for about 6 months and ended up having to restore it to factory defaults.
  

 

I'm pretty sure someone is gonna ask me my computer specs, because it never fails in this type of situation.

If anything else is necessary, feel free to say. And excuse me if I offended anyone. I'm just irritated at the moment from going through countless searches and pages that didn't relate whatsoever to what I am looking for.

 

And please don't say something like the thing I saw while searching. The guy literally said, Get the PS3 version and stop trying to play on computer.

Found the solution on another forum. Finally some people that didn't post something about the way shadows look and reported an actual glitch. I don't mind the closing of this topic.
