Help with Tenpenny please!

I'm currently playing my second character and decided on blowing up Megaton.

So I decided to go on a rampage and loot everything in Megaton before I blew it up. Think I've got around 3/4 of everything lootable there and went to Tenpenny Towers to blow the hell out of Megaton.

I go up on the balcony and whoops! Tenpenny or Burke screams I'm a masochist and they both fire at me while batshit-crazy Tenpenny starts crying :blink: . I can't get my fancy pansy Tenpenny room which is the whole point of me blowing Megaton up.

Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

 

 

Edit: Okay problem solved. Somehow it was related to me killing Chairman Cheng or whats-his-name and Tenpenny found out even though everyone else in the tower was not hostile to me.
