Either need confirmation or forbid sitting when sneaking and drinking from the environment

For both of the following I'd like so they either need confirmation (ie: like the one for fast-traveling) or be forbidden (I almost never want to either, so I wouldn't mind if the following never occurred) :

• sitting when sneaking
• drinking from the environment (ie: from a faucet, river or pump), so just from items (from Aid category).
